We do not repair windows or doors that were not sold by and installed by EntryPoint Doors and Windows. Products sold and installed by EntryPoint come with our warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty.
No. We provide free in-home estimates that are good for 30 days.
Yes. We require a minimum of 6 regular windows, or 1 exterior door and less windows. Depending on the size of the window, we have done fewer window replacements with no door replacement required. When you speak with our scheduling department, they will be able to determine if this is required.
Yes. We offer both painting and staining for full door replacement only (not windows). If you choose one of our paint or stains it comes with a 5yr warranty, or you can choose a custom color from Sherwin-Williams and receive a 1yr warranty.
No. In most instances, we can reuse your existing hardware. We sell several hardware options if you want to upgrade or make a change, or you can purchase new hardware from your local hardware company and we will install it for no additional charge during door installation.
Yes. We do keep a small selection of items in stock.
No, we do not. We only sell window screens with full window replacement.

Yes. We have several different finance options available. All are based on personal credit scores, and they are a great way to get your home improvement project completed. Learn more.
Timelines vary by product. When our design consultant meets with you during your in-home design consultation, they will be able to tell you the different timelines based off the product that best fits your home.
NO! We are not a high-pressure in-home sales company. Our job is to help you design and get what you want, and not to try and force you to buy what we offer! All our pricing is good for 30 days from the initial consultation.
We offer smooth or textured fiberglass, steel, iron, aluminum clad, or wood in standard doors. We also offer vinyl and aluminum-clad sliding or bi-fold doors.
Unlike other window companies, we offer a variety of materials and manufacturers. Vinyl, wood, composite, and aluminum clad are different options available to you with Entry Point. We want to get the right window for you and your home! During your in-home design consultation, our representative will review the different options available, and what best fits your home and budget.
Under most circumstances, we require 50% at signing the contract and the balance paid at installation. There are instances when full payment is required at signing.
